About the role

  • Supporting and executing influencer marketing campaigns end-to-end (research, outreach, briefing, content coordination, discount codes & tracking links, product shipments, reporting)
  • Managing and maintaining relationships with influencers, agencies and partners
  • Supporting the German market as main focus (approx. 80%), while also contributing to the Spanish market (approx. 20%)
  • Identifying new influencer talents and monitoring ongoing collaborations
  • Coordinating content delivery and ensuring brand-aligned communication
  • Tracking timelines, budgets and campaign KPIs
  • Staying up-to-date with trends, platforms and best practices in influencer marketing
  • Supporting internal reporting and performance analysis

Requirements

  • First hands-on experience in influencer marketing, social media marketing, PR or digital marketing (agency or brand side)
  • Strong interest in influencer marketing, social media and digital trends
  • Languages: Spanish: fluent, English: good to fluent, German: fluent to good (mandatory)
  • Structured, reliable and detail-oriented working style
  • Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to grow
  • Confident working with MS Office / Google Workspace; influencer tools are a plus
