• Lead performance marketing: design and execute growth campaigns across Meta, Google, and other channels to drive new patient bookings
• Own the funnel: optimize ad performance, landing pages, and conversion paths to maximize ROI and reduce cost per acquisition
• Build the marketing engine: develop the systems, dashboards, and playbooks that turn insights into repeatable growth
• Test and iterate: identify new audiences, creative angles, and partnership opportunities to keep Oli top of mind in every market we enter
