About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead the installation, configuration, and production deployment of Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC)
Deploy and configure Strategy CMC within a Red Hat OpenShift environment
Validate application functionality, performance, connectivity, and overall production readiness
Perform CMC configuration, tuning, patching, upgrades, troubleshooting, and ongoing operational support
Maintain the Strategy CMC application and supporting containerized infrastructure after production deployment
Develop operational procedures, documentation, and best practices for long-term platform support
Mentor LANL middleware personnel on administration of both the OpenShift platform and the Strategy CMC environment

Requirements

What you’ll need

BS/BA degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Management, or a related discipline
9 or more years of directly applicable experience implementing and supporting complex enterprise application platforms
Recognized subject matter expert in Strategy Customer Managed Cloud (CMC) architecture, deployment, configuration, and administration
Demonstrated experience leading enterprise software implementations from initial deployment through production operations and knowledge transfer
Extensive, hands-on experience deploying and administering Strategy CMC in production enterprise environments
Strong understanding of Strategy architecture, platform services, and operational best practices
Experience with Red Hat OpenShift administration, container technologies, Kubernetes, and Linux
