• Support the safety team in conducting safety audits and inspections
• Responding to internal and external inquiries regarding safety procedures and documentation
• Assist in conducting regular safety audits and inspections on the manufacturing floor.
• Help identify potential safety hazards and report findings to the Safety Manager.
• Support the investigation and documentation of workplace incidents, near misses, and accidents.
• Maintain safety records, logs, and reports to ensure accurate tracking of safety performance.
• Aid in developing and delivering safety training programs and safety awareness campaigns.
• Monitor the use and condition of personal protective equipment (PPE) and recommend replacements.
• Assist in enforcing safety policies and procedures to ensure compliance with OSHA and other regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
• Support emergency response planning and drills as needed.
• Participate in safety meetings and contribute ideas to enhance workplace safety.
