About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You take design ownership for web projects — from corporate websites and landing pages to web applications and SaaS interfaces.
You independently run your projects through the entire cycle: strategic direction, persona development, moodboards, wireframing, prototyping in Figma, final design, support through content population and go‑live.
You work with design systems (e.g. ShadCN) and craft solutions tailored to each client — with a strong focus on accessibility.
You speak directly with clients: clarifying requirements, presenting concepts, gathering feedback, and providing status updates. There’s no PM in between.
You consider animations, transitions and micro‑interactions from the start.
Design is never static for you.
You use AI tools daily and productively: for UX writing, ideation, quick prototypes, animation tests via Claude Code, Figma via MCP, attention heatmaps.
You experiment instead of waiting — and if you occasionally enjoy pairing up to prototype/code things, even better.
You work closely with our developers and understand how your designs are implemented technically.
You help prepare assets, edit images and create visual proposal presentations in Figma Slides, as well as support email and marketing automation campaigns.
