About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Full management of marketing campaigns — from planning and creative briefs to channel oversight
Planning and execution of micro-events and brand activations (media days, fan events, trade shows such as FIBO)
On-site event marketing at our live tournaments (coordinating deliverables, show planning, guest management)
CRM and newsletter marketing (content creation in German, coordinating ticket launch, and lead-generation campaigns)

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, or project management (agency experience is a strong plus)
A passion for sports — ideally professional experience in sports or a strong personal interest in combat sports and MMA
Excellent organizational skills, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple projects and events simultaneously
Flexibility, as tournament weekends and travel to live events are a regular part of the role
Native or fluent German and business-fluent English
Based in the Munich region is highly desirable for occasional in-person syncs with Patrick and the team; however, this is a 100% remote role from anywhere in Germany
