Facilitate and empower the work of your digital marketing team, ensuring everyone is supported and set up for success
Plan projects, allocate resources, and drive timely, high-quality delivery
Track budgets and project financials, ensuring transparency and profitability
Lead client and internal team meetings, fostering open communication and psychological safety
Identify and mitigate project or client relationship risks proactively
Pursue and secure client contract renewals and identify opportunities for additional services
Leverage project management tools (Basecamp, Jira, Kantata, Google Workspace) to keep everything running smoothly

Requirements

What you’ll need

3+ years in a client-facing project management role in an agency setting
Bachelor’s degree required (business, marketing, communications, or related field preferred)
Proven ability to deliver and manage digital marketing campaigns, with a solid understanding of the resources and tasks involved
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
Superior time management and organizational abilities
Flexibility and adaptability to shifting demands and priorities
Self-motivated with a desire to continuously learn and grow
Bonus points for experience with Scrum project management
