About the role
- developing and executing major donors giving strategies for mid-level and major donors
- building and maintaining strong relationships with donors
- serving as a point person for individual donor fundraising initiatives
- leading vision meetings and political fundraising events
- identifying, cultivating, and soliciting new and existing donor prospects
- executing new tactics from C4/political fundraising to engage audiences
Requirements
- at least 8 years of relevant experience in fundraising
- proven track record of achieving results with major donors and/or political campaign fundraising
- experience cultivating donor relationships through developing and executing donor moves management strategy
- demonstrable event planning and project management experience
- effective written and oral communication skills
- demonstrable proficiency with fundraising databases and technology
- effective time management skills
- experience finding effective solutions to problems
- ability to work collaboratively or independently
- flexibility and a positive attitude
