About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Gain industry insights, build deep customer relationships and manage operational excellence at selling cashew and other edible nuts with minimum supervision.
- Explore business opportunities, develop cashew and other edible nuts customer base and increase the same through understanding product, flavor, quality, market dynamic and after sales service.
- Achieve annual sales targets by regular interaction with customers.
- Manage customer interactions in a professional manner, build strong customer relationships and stickiness.
- Monitor competitive activity in the market and update the company on competitor information.
- Develop key insights into the market and provide market views and reports on a regular basis.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Minimum university graduation with 3-5 years of work experience of Sales/Trading in Agricultural Product Industry or FMCG.
- Proven record and experience of managing customer base & key accounts (end users, industrial clients, retailers or distributors)
- Exposure to snacking industry & Experience of handling multiple customers are appreciated.
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies for increasing market share and profitability on a sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan.
- Good sales acumen and relationship management skills
- Effective communication skills (English as working language)
- Food technical background is preferred.
