About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure data relevant for our Supply and QFS KPIs are well maintained at all times.
  • Maintain relevant files such as the Capability Matrix or Ingredients Repository whenever changes require an update.
  • Takes accountability in coordinating certain Team activities, as the need arises.
  • Support the workload of the Supply Chain Coordinator or the QFS Head, as the need arises.
  • Picks up 1-2 projects aimed at improving the ways of working within F&BS SC across EMEAI.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Student at a higher education institute (Bachelors /Masters) in the Netherlands, specialised in Business, Supply Chain/Logistics or Engineering, or related field.
  • Relevant exposure to supply chain (through studies, past internships, volunteering activities).
  • A hands-on, and no-nonsense attitude.
  • Curious to learn and develop. Eager to support where they can.
  • Fluent in English (verbally and in writing).
  • Experience in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel.
  • Data analysis skills.
  • Proficiency in building reporting in BI tools is a plus.
