About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Contract creation for material and import plan
Handling import documentation for shipment
Working with related departments on POs and contract for import shipments
Contract and Order management with the team to ensure database is updated
Handling custom management for all daily declarations and audits
Handling customs liquidation reports and related customs reports quarterly/monthly
Handling C/O procedures for whole factories and FTA’s consultancy
Control loading and trucking plan with the team
Handling tolling contract and control the import/export activities
In charge of export procedures for sales rejects
Monitor the payment request of orders and logistics charges
Monitor logistics costs and ensure shipment charges are aligned with budgeting
Manage 3P’s performance to ensure service level agreement is met
Leading team members to ensure import-export functions work well with business objectives

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in International Trade/Logistics & Supply Chain
Over 4 years of experience working in an EPE or FDI manufacturing company
Certificate of customs declaration
Extensive knowledge of Vietnam customs regulations, import-export laws, and related products
VNACCS/ECUS systems, Ecosys, SAP/ERP, Fiory for daily Logistics works
Microsoft Office (Words/Excel/PP file)
English fluently
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced working environment
Interpersonal, analytical thinking skills, Problem Solving & Decision-making skills
