About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Assist in planning, organizing, and supervising daily packing operations to meet production targets.
- Ensure compliance with Safety, Quality, and GMP standards.
- Monitor and improve KPIs: OEE, Yield, Cost Saving, Safety, Quality, and Productivity.
- Analyze production data and implement corrective actions.
- Support recruitment, training, and development of team members.
- Manage and motivate supervisors, shift leaders, and operators to achieve departmental goals.
- Lead Lean and 5S initiatives to optimize processes and reduce waste.
- Collaborate with technical teams for process improvement and automation projects.
- Coordinate manpower, materials, and equipment to ensure efficient operations.
- Prepare and present operational reports to management.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Industrial Management, Engineering, or related fields.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in food manufacturing, packing, or related fields, with proven team management experience.
- Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, and continuous improvement methodologies.
- Proficient in MS Excel and SAP.
- Good command of English (basic communication in 4 skills).
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
