Provide property valuation on single family properties
Analyze properties from a variety of different sources
Analyze data and trends to proactively identify current market values and make accurate valuations on an assortment of different product types and price points in the real estate market
Participate in and coordinate due diligence and provide overall transaction support including contracting and managing third party report
Track local real estate market data
Assist with special projects as needed

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 5 years of experience in property valuation for single family homes
Comprehensive understanding of the real estate market
Experience working in real estate and understanding true market value, BPO experience, and past REO account management is beneficial
Subject Matter Expert in Property Valuation
Active or inactive real estate license
Proficient in common computer applications, including Microsoft Office
Organized, analytical, and detail-oriented self-starter who is comfortable with multi-tasking and working in a fast-paced environment
Strong ability to think quickly on their feet and adapt to a changing market
Strong quantitative and analytical ability and internet research, organization, and communication skills
Effective decision-making skills and an ability to perform under deadline pressure
