- Planning and development of various development tools and technologies
- Installation, configuration and administration of deployed clients
- Monitoring and maintenance of server systems and databases
- 1st level support for software and hardware inquiries
- Maintenance of end devices (clients/printers), servers and network components
- Creation and maintenance of documentation
- Support for IT procurement
- Active participation in innovative projects
Requirements
- Secondary school leaving certificate (Realschule) with good marks in English
- Some practical experience in an IT environment
- Analytical and logical thinking skills
- Enjoyment of solving complex problems
- Enjoy working in a multicultural environment
