About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define, establish and support a standardized process for the creation, validation and submission of IMDS
- Own the IMDS process for supplier IMDS
- Create and establish guidance documents, such as how-to guides, guidelines, handbooks, and checklists
- Serve as the first contact person for IMDS activities worldwide and support IMDS-related topics
- Evaluate supplier IMDS submissions and follow up with suppliers to submit correct IMDS
- Manage the creation, validation, and submission of IMDS reports while understanding each customer’s unique requirements
- Analyze IMDS data and determine acceptability under current IMDS criteria
- Manage corrective actions with support from material experts
- Train IMDS users
- Support IMDS activities worldwide
