About the role
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements
- Motivation and team spirit: You enjoy working in a dynamic team and want to achieve something great together.
- Strong communication skills: You enjoy talking to people.
- Foreign language skills: Knowledge of at least one European language (e.g., English, Italian, French, Czech, or Spanish) is an advantage for communicating with our international customers.
- Experience (advantageous): Background in customer support, SaaS, or Automotive IAM is a plus.
- Initiative: You prefer taking action over rigid structures and proactively get things done.
