About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Administration and further development of the Enterprise Service Management system (Matrix42 ESM)
Administration and further development of our software deployment system (Matrix42 Empirum)
Management and administration in the area of client management
Participation in the license management team (Matrix42 ESM)
Support in the administration and further development of our identity management system (Tenfold)
Collaboration in the Global Security team
Global administration, management and continuous improvement of our endpoint security system (Matrix42 EgoSecure / Bitdefender BEST)
Participation in second-level support
Planning, design, administration and maintenance of various IT systems
Participation in global IT projects
Coordination of external service providers within your area of responsibility

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed vocational training in IT or an equivalent qualification
Experience in server and client administration as well as in network technologies
Competence in IT security and experience with endpoint security
Ideally expert knowledge and training in Matrix42 ESM or comparable systems
Analytical, structured and independent working style
Ability to work reliably under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Good written and spoken German and English skills.
