About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Support our business units and locations with targeted reports and data analyses to inform decision-making.
By creating reports, interfaces, and dashboards, you will make a significant contribution to data-driven process improvements across the organization.
As a Data Analyst, you will coordinate the standardization of our reporting landscape and replace decentralized solutions with SAP Analytics Cloud.
Collaborate with our external consulting partner to further develop and administratively manage the data warehouse structure.
Optimize and administer data flows between complex ERP data sources and the dashboards, and provide day-to-day support.
Own data analytics projects in collaboration with project partners—from the initial business request, consulting, and prototype development through implementation to go-live.
Contribute to the establishment of a data-driven corporate culture.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Informatics or a comparable qualification
Initial to several years of experience as a Data Analyst or in Data Analytics/Business Intelligence
Strong skills in data visualization, ideally with SAP Analytics Cloud or a comparable solution
Experience in data modeling, data integration, data preparation, and data visualization
Knowledge of ERP databases is desirable
Experience in IT project work or as a key user
Reliable, communicative, proactive, highly team-oriented, hands-on mentality, open to new approaches
Independent, structured, analytical, pragmatic, and goal-oriented, with the ability to work closely with non-technical teams
Business-fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
