About the role
- Responsibility for new and existing customers in the crafts industry — from small businesses to medium-sized enterprises
- Focus: maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
- Advising craft businesses on ERP (KWP), software and IT solutions across a broad product portfolio
- Identifying and leveraging up- and cross-selling opportunities
- Acting as a loyal and competent advisor to customers
Requirements
- Completed training as an IT Systems Management Clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management) or equivalent
- Several years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions
- Strong business administration knowledge
- Business-fluent German skills
- Independent working style, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
- Willingness to travel for day trips (approx. within a 100 km radius, about 3 days per week)
