About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsibility for new and existing customers in the crafts industry — from small businesses to medium-sized enterprises
  • Focus: maintaining and expanding existing customer relationships
  • Advising craft businesses on ERP (KWP), software and IT solutions across a broad product portfolio
  • Identifying and leveraging up- and cross-selling opportunities
  • Acting as a loyal and competent advisor to customers

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed training as an IT Systems Management Clerk (Kaufmann/-frau für IT-System-Management) or equivalent
  • Several years of experience in B2B sales of IT solutions
  • Strong business administration knowledge
  • Business-fluent German skills
  • Independent working style, professional demeanor and excellent communication skills
  • Willingness to travel for day trips (approx. within a 100 km radius, about 3 days per week)
