About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Advise and support customers on functional questions related to software solutions in the area of finance and contributions management
- Analyze customer requirements and develop practical solution concepts
- Assist with the implementation and optimization of software solutions
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for customers
- Plan, coordinate and execute internal and external projects
- Prepare training materials, documentation and presentations
Requirements
What you’ll need- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a commercial apprenticeship
- Initial professional experience in consulting, customer support or project management is an advantage
- Confident presence and strong communication and presentation skills
- Enjoy teaching and conducting training sessions
- Structured, independent and solution-oriented working style
- Analytical thinking and an understanding of business processes
- Strong customer orientation and ability to work in a team
- Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
