About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Ensure availability, performance and security of the Windows Server infrastructure
Participate in infrastructure projects, e.g., modernization and cloud integration
Administration, operation and maintenance of the Windows Server environment
Manage and optimize the virtualization environment
Support and optimize Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID and security policies
Implement security and compliance policies

Requirements

What you’ll need

Vocational training as an IT specialist (system integration), a degree in (business) informatics/computer science or an equivalent qualification
Ideally several years of professional experience in an IT environment
Proficient handling of Windows Servers, including system installation, configuration and hardening
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team
Strong analytical skills
Solid expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment
Good knowledge of virtualization
