Key responsibilities & impact

Advising and supporting clients on functional questions related to our software solutions in the finance and contribution management area
Analyzing client requirements and developing practical solution concepts
Assisting with the implementation and optimization of our software solutions
Conducting training sessions and workshops for clients
Planning, coordinating and executing internal and external projects
Preparing training materials, documentation and presentations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a commercial apprenticeship
Initial professional experience in consulting, customer support, or project management is an advantage
Confident presence with strong communication and presentation skills
Enjoyment in conveying knowledge and delivering training
Structured, independent and solution-oriented way of working
Analytical thinking and an understanding of business processes
Strong customer focus and ability to work in a team
Good knowledge of common Microsoft Office applications
