About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure availability, performance and security of the Windows Server infrastructure
- Participate in infrastructure projects (e.g., modernization, cloud integration)
- Administration, operation and maintenance of our Windows Server environment
- Management and optimization of our virtualization environment
- Support and optimization of our Microsoft 365 services (Entra ID, security policies, etc.)
- Implementation of security and compliance policies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Vocational training as an IT Specialist (System Integration), a degree in (business) computer science, or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in the IT field
- Proficient with Windows Servers (installation, configuration and hardening)
- Ability to work independently and in a team
- Strong analytical skills
- Solid expertise in the Microsoft 365 environment and good knowledge of virtualization
