About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

You are responsible for the support, administration and further development of Microsoft 365 and cloud environments.
You ensure the smooth and secure operation of server, network and cloud systems (Microsoft 365, security components).
You assist with migrations of legacy systems to the cloud (365, SharePoint, file services, etc.).
You work in a team that shares knowledge and follows clear standards so that quality is not left to chance.
You support the implementation of new technologies and contribute ideas to help evolve our services.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Several years of experience administering Microsoft environments
Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Intune, Exchange Online, and Windows Server
Experience with networking, firewalls (e.g., Sophos) and endpoint security
You think in solutions rather than workarounds
You work independently, communicate clearly and keep your commitments
You enjoy technology, responsibility and working with people
Fluent German and confident technical English.
