About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Identify potential key accounts and win them for the company

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Experience in optometry, medical technology or the healthcare sector
  • Education or degree in optometry/optometry, health sciences, business administration or a related field
  • Professional experience in account management or sales management
  • Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management and business development
  • Structured, data-driven and focused approach
  • Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
  • Valid Class B driving license
  • Willingness to travel (~80%) and residence in Eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden or surrounding areas)
