About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Identify potential key accounts and win them for the company
- Develop and grow existing customer relationships
- Independently negotiate and finalize contracts
- Monitor market research and industry trends
- Work closely with Customer Success, Marketing and Product teams
- Contribute your own initiatives and share experience to support team development

Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience in optometry, medical technology or the healthcare sector
- Education or degree in optometry/optometry, health sciences, business administration or a related field
- Professional experience in account management or sales management
- Proven track record in customer acquisition, account management and business development
- Structured, data-driven and focused approach
- Willingness to work in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in German (min. C1) and English (min. B2)
- Valid Class B driving license
- Willingness to travel (~80%) and residence in Eastern Germany (e.g., Berlin, Leipzig, Dresden or surrounding areas)
