About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Support branches, Wealth Management Division, and digital banking channels with customer relationships, account opening, and servicing.
  • Review digital banking and online account opening applications, including approval/decline decisions.
  • Process account maintenance and service requests.
  • Build and maintain customer relationships by identifying needs, explaining product benefits.
  • Assign and monitor KACE tickets to ensure service requests are completed accurately.
  • Support BSC reporting, including key performance indicators and process improvement recommendations.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Two Year College Degree in Business Administration
  • 5+ years of banking experience required
  • Experience using AI-assisted customer service tools
  • Knowledgeable of banking laws and compliance regulations
  • Must possess excellent organizational, analytical, interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills (English/Spanish required).
  • Computer knowledgeable in MS Software, (e.g. Excel, Word, and Outlook)
