About the role

  • Full responsibility for SDLC management on Jira, Jira Product Discovery, Confluence, Postman, Diagrams.net etc
  • Analyze and document extensively software technical requirements and specifications, including but not limited to flowchart diagrams, API documentation, Database Schema Change Management, Release Notes, Versioning Documentation, etc.
  • Manage Technical Documentation on Confluence
  • Monitor epic, story, task progress using Jira with automation and regular reports
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of requirements
  • Conduct and coordinate testing through test management software, validate all functions and processes to ensure software quality and performance
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and improve system functionality
  • Create detailed technical documentation for our application using Confluence
  • Monitor software systems for performance issues and provide troubleshooting support
  • Coordinate with team leaders to ensure timely delivery of software solutions
  • Develop and maintain software test plans and scripts
  • Provide training and support to internal users for new features

Requirements

  • BSc in Engineering (Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, or Electrical and Electronics Engineering) or MS in Management Information Systems or Engineering Management
  • 3+ years of project/product management experience
  • Passion, Responsibility, Tech Expertise, Commitment, Target Focus, Interpersonal Skills, Presentation Skills
  • Comfortable to work with agile methodologies like scrum
  • Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, Drawio, Clockify, etc.
  • R&D project experience with TUBITAK, KOSGEB, other institutions alike
  • Fluent in English and Turkish
