About the role
- Manage marketing operations and information management for Occicor's AI-powered retail analytics solution
- Cultivate and strengthen relationships with existing Spanish clients to ensure satisfaction and success
- Ensure effective onboarding and ongoing support for clients' field users to drive retention and growth
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within Spanish-speaking markets
- Design training presentations and train client teams on Occicor's solution
- Add and update product and store information in the platform
- Create and execute content marketing through website and social media channels
- Monitor field operations, maintain accurate records, and ensure correct software usage
- Identify technical problems in product and processes and provide feedback to internal teams
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related fields
- Fluent in Spanish and English (both written and verbal)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and online tools
- Knowledge of Hubspot and Apollo is a plus
- Experience in marketing, marketing operations, digital marketing, field operations or a related position (experience required)
- Experience in retail or fmcg/cpg sectors is a plus
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
