About the role
- Manage a portfolio of customers and prospects, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell financial products and services.
- Conduct outbound sales calls to engage with customers, understand their needs, and present tailored solutions.
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, providing exceptional service and support to drive customer loyalty and retention.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, while adhering to regulatory requirements and bank policies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience.
Requirements
- A degree or diploma in a relevant field, with at least 2 years of sales experience in the financial services industry.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, with minimal supervision.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
