About the role

  • Manage client requests, budgets, and timelines for all projects within your team
  • Monitor project progress, identify variances, risks, and issues, and propose concrete adjustment plans
  • Work closely with account and delivery directors to handle requests, ensure quality service, and maximize the value of the work
  • Prepare account health reports and share key information with stakeholders
  • Ensure deliverables meet objectives, client needs, and established quality standards
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to achieve organizational goals, in collaboration with operations, production teams, and internal subject-matter experts
  • Support your team in applying best practices and delivering high-quality work
  • As a team leader, provide positive leadership, motivate team members, and promote their well-being and job satisfaction

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in digital transformation and/or eCommerce project management
  • Familiarity with eCommerce platforms (Magento, Shopify, CommerceTools, Akeneo, etc.) and related systems (PIM, DAM, ERP…) — an asset
  • Strong experience in Agile environments with a solid understanding of the Scrum framework
  • Professional Scrum Master (PSM) certification — an asset
  • Bilingual in French and English is required, as you will work with our clients in both languages
