About the role

  • Manage multiple client requests, schedules and budgets within the Strategy & UX/UI team.
  • Ensure clear prioritization across a constantly shifting multi-client portfolio.
  • Track project progress, identify risks, variances and dependencies.
  • Work closely with Strategy, UX, UI, CRM, SEO and Data teams.
  • Prepare project and account health summaries for internal leadership.
  • Ensure deliverables are aligned with client objectives, scope and quality standards.
  • Maintain robust project documentation, trackers and reports.
  • Contribute to the improvement of internal processes, workflow structures and delivery best practices.

Requirements

  • 2 to 4 years of project management experience, ideally at a digital or creative agency.
  • Strong experience managing multiple clients simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills in French and English.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working in ambiguity.
  • Proficient with project management tools (Jira, Forecast…)
  • Comfortable collaborating with senior strategists, CRM experts, designers and UX specialists.
  • Ability to manage budgets, schedules and workloads.
