• Define and execute the vision for Datmos's Strategy & Client Solutions department, positioning the company as the market leader in data-driven customer experiences.
• Drive adoption and maturity of data literacy, analytic methodologies, and AI/ML strategies across the organization and in client solutions.
• Champion a customer-centric strategy to create high-value experiences grounded in data and insights.
• Serve as Datmos’s chief thought leader, actively participating in conferences, industry publications, and client executive committees.
• Act as Executive Strategy Advisor on high-value B2C and B2B accounts, leading high-level strategic discussions with C-suite clients.
• Responsible for the development, coaching, engagement, and performance of the entire strategy department.
• Provide demanding yet inspiring leadership, holding the team accountable for profitability targets.
• Ensure the financial viability and overall profitability of the department.
