About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independently create, review, and analyze CPM schedules.
  • Use scheduling techniques and software to create CPM schedules, baselines, and updates throughout project development.
  • Develop schedules communicating client project and strategic goals.
  • Meet contractual compliance requirements.
  • Incorporate project constraints into realistic and feasible planning approaches.
  • Communicate schedule information through verbal, written, and graphical means.
  • Establish schedule parameters including durations, cost loading, and resource loading using construction sequencing, cost estimating, and productivity principles.
  • Review project documentation and coordinate with project teams to develop, maintain, and update schedules throughout design and construction.
  • Explain schedule deliverables, critical path, and schedule analyses in meetings, presentations, and client discussions.
  • Perform Time Impact Analyses and schedule fragnet analyses.
  • Support schedule reviews, delay analyses, and project reporting for HCAI healthcare projects.
  • Perform scheduler-related duties and assist with business development as needed.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Minimum 5 years of construction scheduling experience utilizing Primavera P6 (latest version)
  • Prior HCAI healthcare project scheduling experience required
  • Ability to travel intermittently for client meetings, project site visits, and project support
  • Demonstrated leadership experience
  • Understanding of schedule delay principles and techniques
  • Thorough understanding and practical application of the Critical Path Method (CPM) to construction projects
  • Understanding of contractual scheduling requirements and planning provisions
  • Ability to interpret construction documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and general conditions
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field preferred; applicable construction industry experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
