About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Design, develop, maintain, and enhance business applications that support project delivery and corporate operations.
Modernize and support Excel/VBA-based tools through integration with SQL databases, Python applications, APIs, and other technologies.
Develop and maintain database solutions, ETL processes, and system integrations that improve data quality and operational efficiency.
Partner with business users to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and deliver effective technical solutions.
Create and support reporting, dashboard, and data-management solutions.
Perform testing, troubleshooting, and quality assurance activities to ensure reliable system performance.
Develop and maintain technical documentation and end-user support materials.
Apply secure software development practices and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum of 3 years of experience developing business applications, software solutions, or data-driven systems.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, VBA, SQL, and Python.
Experience with database development, ETL processes, APIs, and system integrations.
Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into practical technical solutions.
Experience with software testing, troubleshooting, and technical documentation.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field preferred.
Construction, engineering, architecture, or AEC industry experience preferred.
