Key responsibilities & impact- Lead scheduling best practice across projects and programmes
- Provide expert advice, assurance and coaching to project teams and senior stakeholders
- Work alongside project controls, risk and delivery specialists
- Identify critical path risks
- Improve forecasting confidence
- Strengthen decision-making through high-quality schedule insights
- Help shape delivery outcomes across nationally significant projects and programmes
- Influence scheduling maturity and forecasting confidence across NZTA
- Build capability alongside infrastructure and project delivery professionals
Requirements
What you’ll need- Extensive experience in project scheduling and project controls
- Strong understanding of critical path analysis and schedule risk management
- Experience developing and assuring complex infrastructure schedules
- Strong analytical and forecasting capability
- Ability to communicate complex information to technical and non-technical audiences
- Collaborative approach and passion for building capability
- Experience with Primavera is beneficial but not essential
- Legal right to live and work in New Zealand
