What you’ll need

Extensive experience of current procurement best practice in New Zealand and internationally
Proven infrastructure sector experience and strong understanding of the infrastructure planning, procurement and delivery lifecycle
Proven procurement leadership experience in commercially complex environments
Strong commercial acumen and ability to identify, conceptualise and navigate strategic commercial opportunities
Deep understanding of government procurement and assurance requirements
Excellent communication, relationship management and influencing skills
