Customer & Services Media and Communication play a key role in how NZTA connects with central and local government, communities, and industry.
You will rotate through teams in Customer and Services working closely with experienced professionals using your knowledge and skills within Media and Communications to contribute to various projects related to improving our customer experience.

What you’ll need

Working towards, or already hold, a bachelor's degree or higher in Media and Communications with a strong interest in Customer Services.
Have graduated within the past two years, obtaining your highest qualification by February 2027.
Hold a minimum B grade average in your completed or current degree.
Have knowledge of, or a willingness to develop an understanding of, te Tiriti o Waitangi and its relevance within the public sector.
