About the role
- Collaborating with customers and other team members to review and analysis of technical specifications
- Validating the software produced by developers to ensure high quality and business value
- Developing technical best practices and ensuring adherence to them
- Defining Quality Assurance processes & tools for internal QA team as well as for the customer representatives
- Conducting manual and automatic tests and analyzing the results
- Validating non-functional requirements
- Analyzing and reporting identified problems
- Coaching and mentoring other QA team members
- Defining, documenting and sharing best practices across project teams
Requirements
- 3 + years experience with Agile software development processes
- Good commercial experience of testing techniques and practices
- Good diagnostics and debugging skills
- Base knowledge of software architecture
- Experience with tools that help maximize work terms of content and structure, quality and efficiency
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Fluent in English
- Nice to have: Experience as a software tester on a variety of successfully delivered projects
- Experience with Software Automation Framework, scripting languages, Object-Oriented Programming
- Academic background in IT
- Software Testing certifications such as ISTQB, BBST, etc.
