- Key Responsibilities:\n
- Collaborate closely with the brand team to develop innovative and trend-driven designs that resonate with target audiences\n
- Create sketches, technical specifications, and detailed tech packs for production, ensuring accuracy and clarity\n
- Research current trends and market analysis to inform design concepts and identify opportunities for the brand\n
- Participate in fittings and provide constructive feedback on fit, construction, and overall aesthetics\n
- Work with sourcing and production teams to select appropriate fabrics and trims while ensuring cost efficiency\n
- Maintain awareness of brand identity and support the brand's visual and marketing strategy\n
- Collaborate with the marketing team to assist in the development of promotional materials and campaigns as needed
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design or related field\n
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in design, preferably within women's or lifestyle fashion brands\n
- Strong portfolio that demonstrates creativity and innovative design skills\n
- Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and related design tools\n
- Solid understanding of garment construction, textiles, and manufacturing processes\n
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills\n
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment\n
- Strong attention to detail and a keen sense of emerging fashion trends
