Product Manager Apprentice (Work-Study)

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Monitor competitors and analyze market trends.
- Conduct and oversee consumer studies (qualitative, quantitative, sensory panels).
- Track product performance using panel analyses (Circana, Kantar).
- Contribute to defining the product mix.
- Manage packaging development (from brief to approval) in coordination with agencies and internal teams.
- Maintain and distribute product sheets.
- Monitor product lifecycle (from innovation to market launch).
- Help create sales enablement tools in collaboration with the sales team.
- Support implementation of activation plans and the deployment of promotional campaigns.
- Manage and optimize assortments to meet market needs in mass retail (supermarkets/GMS).
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master's student (M1/M2) in a business school with a specialization in marketing or the food industry (agri-food).
- Prior experience in the food industry, ideally in product marketing or field operations.
- Passionate and attuned to food trends and products.
- Comfortable with numbers and data analysis.
- Creative, able to propose fun and innovative ideas.
