About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Plan and execute channel strategies across social, web, partner and emerging platforms
- Identify priority channels based on audience behaviour and campaign needs
- Optimize channel mix and performance through data-driven insights
- Own global social media strategy and day-to-day execution (LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
- Drive audience growth, engagement and reach
- Track and report on key KPIs (engagement, reach, audience growth, campaign support)
- Lead and develop a small team responsible for social and channel execution
Requirements
What you’ll need- 6–10 years of experience in B2B digital marketing or MarCom, preferably in technology or engineering-led industries
- Strong hands-on expertise in social media management and multi-channel execution
- Understanding of B2B buyer journeys and technical audiences (engineers, developers, decision-makers)
- Data-driven mindset with ability to turn insights into actionable improvements
- Excellent command of English.
- Degree in communications, journalism, PR, marketing or related field
