About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and execute the NXP growth strategy across assigned strategic accounts.
- Identify, cultivate, and secure profitable business opportunities.
- Build and leverage executive-level relationships.
- Align cross-functional stakeholders and orchestrate global resources.
- Develop and manage Long-Term Agreements (LTAs).
- Ensure accurate forecasting and pipeline management through NXP systems.
- Lead engagement initiatives such as technology days, executive briefings, and strategic workshops.
Requirements

- Proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders
- Strong track record in developing and executing strategic account growth plans in complex global environments
- Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional, international teams without direct authority
