Distribution Corporate Account Manager

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Own and continuously evolve the corporate account strategy and multi‑year growth plan for the distributor across EMEA
- Drive joint demand creation initiatives including marketing programs and direct sales engagement
- Own corporate‑to‑branch performance governance, including target setting and KPI tracking
- Build and maintain senior executive relationships with distributor management
- Maintain a deep understanding of the distributor’s value proposition, operating model, and end‑market strengths
Requirements
What you’ll need- University degree in business, engineering, or a related field
- 7+ years of experience in semiconductor sales and/or distribution, with proven exposure to multinational distributors
- Strong understanding of distributor economics, incentive models, and go‑to‑market dynamics
- Proven track record of overachieving targets in a high‑growth, matrix organization
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive‑level presentation skills
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
