About the role

  • Lead and manage the full lifecycle of multiple, concurrent projects and programs
  • Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and resource requirements
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, including detailed schedules and budgets
  • Proactively identify, track, and mitigate project risks and issues
  • Monitor and report on project progress, performance, and financial status to stakeholders
  • Foster strong collaboration and communication within project teams and across departments
  • Ensure adherence to NXP's project management methodologies and quality standards
  • Drive continuous improvement in project management processes and tools
  • Manage relationships with external vendors, partners, and customers
  • Mentor and coach junior project managers and team members

Requirements

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in project and program management
  • Proven expertise in various project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PMP)
  • PMP or equivalent certification is highly desirable
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana) and collaboration tools
  • Experience with financial management and budget control for large-scale projects
  • Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French is a strong asset
