About the role
- Design and develop HW, SW, and SYS-level enablement and solutions based on NXP Automotive MCU.
- Actively participate in the NPI process, providing expert technical assurance.
- Support front-line technical teams by resolving complex challenges during customer support.
- Work closely with key accounts to execute POC projects and drive implementation of platform-level system solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of R&D experience in automotive electronics, industrial control, or embedded system design.
- Deep understanding of microprocessor architectures and principles.
- Skills in embedded software development within the automotive domain.
- Familiarity with RTOS, AUTOSAR (CP), peripheral driver development.
- Solid grasp of Functional Safety (ISO 26262) and Automotive Cybersecurity concepts.
- Practical experience of Electronic Control Unit (ECU) lifecycles.
- Excellent cross-team and collaboration skills, ability to use English as a working language.
- Self-motivated with strong desire for professional growth.
