About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Drive commercial growth across NVISO's Cyber Security Engineering practice globally, covering Security Operations Engineering and Cyber Security Engineering solution lines
- Own business development end-to-end, including pipeline generation, qualification and conversion
- Own the global Microsoft partnership, including joint account planning, co-sell registration and alignment with Microsoft's segment sellers
- Pursue Microsoft specialization designations and manage funded engagement mechanics
- Lead strategic accounts from initial engagement through multi-year, cross-solution-line expansion
- Convert project work into recurring managed services
- Shape the Cyber Security Engineering service portfolio, including productization, bundling and positioning against Microsoft's stack
- Own SOWs, RFP responses and complex tenders, including scoping, pricing, risk allocation and partner-program funding
- Represent NVISO with CxO-level customers, Microsoft partners and industry forums
- Align delivery, marketing, alliances and finance stakeholders
- Coach and mentor consultants and managers involved in strategic pursuits
- Track market trends, competitor moves and Microsoft's roadmap to create commercial plays
- Bring market intelligence into the organization to influence future portfolio development
Requirements
What you’ll need- Citizenship in one of the 32 NATO member states or Austrian citizenship
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (business, engineering, information security, or equivalent professional experience)
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in cyber security or adjacent technology consulting
- At least 5 years in business development, sales, alliance management or strategic account management within cyber security or IT services
- Track record of closing multi-year engagements across SOC professional services and cloud security
- Hands-on ownership of SOWs, RFP responses and complex tenders
- Deep working knowledge of the Microsoft partner ecosystem, including co-sell mechanics, specialization designations, MISA, partner incentive programs and funded engagements
- Practical understanding of Azure consumption dynamics and partner incentives and customer buying behaviour
- Established relationships within Microsoft's field sales organization, ideally spanning Benelux and DACH
- Strong grasp of the Microsoft security stack, including Sentinel, Defender XDR, Purview and Entra
- Experience contributing to service portfolio decisions
- Ability to operate in a matrixed environment aligning delivery, marketing and alliance stakeholders
- Fluent business English
- Working proficiency in Dutch, French or German is a strong asset
- Strong executive presence and credibility at CISO, CIO and Managing Partner level
- Commercially opinionated, pragmatic and outcome-oriented
- Comfort with ambiguity and a developing service portfolio
- Positive, team- and mission-oriented attitude aligned with NVISO's values
