About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Be the right hand of the BeNeLux sales team.
  • Maintain the renewal calendar, prepare renewal quotes, and follow up with customers and account owners until each renewal is signed.
  • Drive contracts through to signature: prepare order forms, NDAs, MSAs, and SoWs from approved templates; route through internal approval and customer-side procurement; chase signatures.
  • Be the CRM custodian for the BeNeLux team: keep accounts, contacts, opportunities clean; run hygiene checks; build dashboards for the Head of Sales.
  • Prepare weekly pipeline and forecast packs for the Head of Sales BeNeLux.
  • Coordinate quote-to-order: manage discount approvals and hand off won deals to Finance and Delivery.
  • Maintain customer master data and partner portal records.
  • Own the end-to-end bid lifecycle: RFI/RFP/tender intake through qualification, planning, drafting, review, submission, and post-submission clarifications.
  • Write, edit, and quality-control proposals: ensure responses are error-free and comply with submission format and rules.
  • Build and maintain a content library of reusable bid assets.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Eligibility for NATO CLEARANCE
  • 2 –4+ years in a sales-support, sales-operations, bid-management, or proposal-management role inside a B2B environment, ideally B2B services, professional services, technology, or cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrable experience owning RFP / RFI / tender responses end-to-end.
  • Comfortable handling NDAs, MSAs, SoWs, and renewal paperwork.
  • Confident with CRM (ideally Microsoft Dynamics), Office365 at a power-user level, and ideally exposure to proposal-management or e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign).
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken).
  • Ability to manage your own calendar, chase your own deadlines, and follow up without being reminded.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • Certifications in bid/proposal management (e.g., APMP) are a plus.
