About the role
- As a Cloud Security Manager (m/f/d) specializing in Microsoft technologies, you will engage with clients and respond to their requirements
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor
- Respond to RFPs and develop and present compelling business proposals tailored to client needs
- Design and recommend cloud security architectures and strategies aligned to business objectives
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to plan and execute projects
- Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and meet quality standards
- Serve as Functional Manager by providing guidance, fostering a collaborative environment, and managing goals and objectives
Requirements
- Citizenship of one of the 32 NATO member states
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
- Experience: Proven experience managing teams in information technology with a strong focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview
- Certifications: Current cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+
- Technical skills: Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, the Microsoft Defender suite, and Purview data governance tools
- Communication skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German
- Travel: Availability for business travel up to approximately 30% of the time
- Project management: Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through completion
- Analytical skills: Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions
- Relationship building: Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with a diverse set of stakeholders
