Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Proven experience managing teams in IT, with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview.
Current cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Defender suite, and Purview data governance tools.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
Willingness to travel for business up to 30% of the time.
Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through completion.
Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions.
Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
