About the role

  • Engage with clients, respond to their needs, and coordinate projects with technical expertise.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as their trusted advisor on Microsoft cloud technologies.
  • Respond to RFPs and develop and present business proposals tailored to client requirements.
  • Design and recommend cloud security architectures and strategies.
  • Maintain active communication with clients after proposal submission.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to plan and deliver projects aligned with technical and business objectives.
  • Act as the Functional Manager, providing guidance and fostering a collaborative environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • Proven experience managing teams in IT, with a focus on Microsoft technologies such as Azure, Microsoft 365, and Purview.
  • Current cybersecurity certification such as CISSP, CCSP, CISM, or CompTIA Security+.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions, including Azure infrastructure, Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Defender suite, and Purview data governance tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and German.
  • Willingness to travel for business up to 30% of the time.
  • Demonstrated experience managing projects from concept through completion.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain trusted relationships with diverse stakeholders.
