Research Partnerships Working Student

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support our Funding & Research Partnerships Lead with day-to-day tasks and help manage research collaborations
- Explore funding opportunities
- Contribute to the success of our innovative technology
- Develop an in-depth understanding of the scientific field, our product and its applications
- Identify and help map funding opportunities for scientific and clinical projects
- Stay up to date on relevant programs and calls for proposals
- Update and maintain our comprehensive database of global grant opportunities
- Conduct ad hoc research across multiple sources to support funding proposals and partnership activities
- Assist in organizing grant application materials and selectively support the writing of grant applications
- Support the team in preparing presentations, reports, and materials to communicate the scientific value of our technology
- Leverage AI tools effectively to increase efficiency in research, content generation, and workflow optimization
- Help coordinate meetings, track project timelines, and maintain organized documentation of ongoing projects and partnerships
Requirements
What you’ll need- A minimum of four semesters of university experience in a life science subject or related field
- M.Sc is considered an advantage
- Interest in market research, funding or tender processes, and partnership development
- Ability to gather, analyze, and synthesize complex information from diverse sources
- Proven ability and strong interest in leveraging AI tools to work efficiently and enhance output quality
- Proficiency in using online databases, search engines, and other research tools to conduct market research
- Ability to create professional, well-structured presentations and reports
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong organizational skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
- English proficiency
- German language skills are considered an advantage
- Can dedicate a minimum of 18 hours per week
- Minimum commitment of 12 months for the duration of the position is a must-have
